Terms and Conditions
* All bookings are to be secured with a 50% non-refundable booking retainer within 48hrs of booking confirmation
* Payment confirmation to be sent through as proof of payment
* Remaining amount due 14 days prior to the booking date
*All bookings require a minimum 8-week notice of cancellation, postponement, or reduction in numbers.
*There will be no additional add-on to group numbers within 8 weeks before the booking date unless requested and approved by Allure Beauty & Co.
*If the booking is postponed, Allure Beauty & Co will endeavor to transfer your booking to a new date, if however your new date is fully booked your 50% fee will be forfeited and a new one is required for your new date.
* Allure Beauty & Co will work with clients and venue requests regarding start and finish times. However, final start and finish times will be dictated by Allure Beauty & Co based on their requirements and commitments on the day.
*Any difficult, rude, or offensive behavior towards Allure Beauty & Co and its staff will not be tolerated and will result in the termination of the contract with no refund of the booking retainer, and no refund of any additional payments.
*Wedding trials are conducted at Allure Beauty & Co salon, located at 88 SpencerStreet, Bunbury. These are conducted Tuesday-Thursday subject to availability. Enquiries for Fridays and Saturdays may be requested but cannot be guaranteed due to prior commitments, wedding trials are allocated 1hr per service.
*Wedding trials that are requested at a client's location may incur a travel fee, this will be discussed with the client prior to the booking.
*Trials require a 50% non-refundable booking retainer with the outstanding amount to be settled on the day.
*Admin Fee - All bookings regardless of size are charged a $200 Admin Fee.
The admin fee is implemented to ensure that we maintain a high standard of open and transparent communication throughout the entire process, starting from the initial inquiry stage and extending all the way to the wedding day. This fee covers the costs associated with managing and coordinating various aspects of the wedding, such as responding to inquiries promptly, providing detailed information about our services, addressing any concerns or questions that may arise, and ensuring that all communication channels remain accessible and efficient. By charging this fee, we can dedicate the necessary resources and personnel to maintain a seamless flow of communication, guaranteeing that you receive the utmost support and guidance from the moment you express interest in our services until your special day.
